Deposits

 

• Deposits are due at the time of booking and are non-refundable. 

 

• Exceptions. In the unlikely event that the course is postponed by us due to unforeseen circumstances, your deposit may be moved to a future date if the course is rescheduled by us. Should the course be cancelled by us your deposit will be refunded.

 

Course fees

 

• The remaining balance of the course fee must be paid 90 days before the beginning of the course. 

 

• Should you wish to cancel after this has been paid, we refund 50% of the fee ( minus the deposit ) up until 60 days before the course start. 

• We will refund 30% of the course fees ( minus the deposit ) if you cancel up until 30 days before the course start. 

• If you cancel your booking less than 30 days from the course start there will be no refund payable.

 

 

• Please consider obtaining personal holiday insurance to cover you and other potential losses.

Undtagelser: Hvis kurset bliver udsat af uforudseelige årsager, kan depositum flyttes til fremtidigt kursus. Bliver kurset aflyst af os, tilbagebetales depositum.

 

Kursusgebyr

 

Restbeløb bedes indbetalt 90 dage før kursusstart.

 

Ønsker du at afbestille efter indbetaling af fulde beløb, tilbagebetales 50% (minus depositum) indtil 60 dage før kursusstart.

Vi tilbagebetaler 30% af kursusgebyr (minus depositum) hvis der afbestilles 30 dage før kursusstart.

Der tilbagebetales ikke kursusgebyr, ved afbestilling mindre end 30 dage før kursusstart, 

 

Vi anbefaler at du tegner en privat rejseforsikring.
